This treatment treats the body from head to toe. The therapist will use a range of techniques, including gentle kneading and stroking to rebalance your energies and promote wellbeing. Oils are used to maximise comfort and relaxation and so that you leave feeling totally de-stressed and relaxed. This treatment can aid sleep, combat low mood, offer relief from tension and headaches, as well as improve circulation. NB. This is a Women Only Service
